How Andrew is building a better working world
"Since joining EY, I've played a key role in distinguishing the EY Employment Law practice in the Australian employment law market by developing the firm’s capability to offer a comprehensive and privileged legal review of an organisation’s compliance with Australian employment laws. By combining my team’s employment law expertise with EY’s data analytic capabilities, I've has been able to offer a payroll review solution to the market that uses actual employee data to identify payment discrepancies at the individual employee level throughout the entire organisation.
My work in the areas of underpayments of employee entitlements and payroll compliance has helped build a better working world by assisting large corporate employers across Australia assess and improve their compliance in relation to minimum employee entitlements owed under Australian employment laws."
