Seth Reynolds

Seth is a Principal in EY-Parthenon’s Education practice. With two decades of experience, his skill set spans topics such as strategy development, operational improvement, investment due diligence and new venture creation. His clients include a range of organizations, including start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, school districts, universities, government agencies and foundations. Seth has worked extensively in publishing and financial services industries. While his primary focus is the US market, he has also led international projects in Latin America and Europe.
Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, Seth taught a bilingual 5th grade class through Teach for America and worked at SchoolNet. He is a founding member of the Board of Trustees of Excel Academy, a charter middle school in East Boston.
Seth holds a BA in American Studies, magna cum laude, from Amherst College. He received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and his MPA from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
