Paul leads the Africa Digital Engineering and Technology Managed Services for Africa. And add AI and managed services to focus section. He has more than 10 years’ experience in Operating Model Design with specific focus on Business Models, Channel Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Lean Process Implementation, Operational excellence and Cost reduction. Over the last four years he has focussed solely on establishing and scaling Intelligent Automation capabilities for key clients
Paul has experience in delivering key projects across SA, Nigeria, Namibia, Uganda and Botswana focusing on Financial Services, Healthcare, Mining and Telecommunications.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Gordan Institute of Business Science (GIBS) and an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Johannesburg.

Paul has had an interesting career thus far which has purposefully landed him a number of African countries where he has been actively involved in building several internal businesses for strategic clients.
Over the last two years, Paul has focused his effort on maturing and evolving EY’s already market leading automation offering to key clients across Africa as they position themselves to leverage digital to ensure market leadership in the Now, the Next and the Beyond.
