Nathalie is committed to helping organizations and their counsel with challenges in electronic discovery, document review and portfolio management in support of litigation and investigation. She focuses on developing innovative custom workflows and applying data analytics to enhance quality and operational efficiency, while balancing risk and costs at the same time. Nathalie has deep experience in all phases of the electronic discovery process and regularly consults with clients on developing strategies and methodologies to optimize their electronic discovery and document review functions.
Nathalie has led significant and complex discovery projects and has appeared on behalf of clients before the DOJ, the FTC and federal courts in the US. She has performed discovery assessment services for Fortune 100 companies involving various legal matters, such as corporate due diligence, fraud and civil litigation.
Nathalie received her BA degree from College of Charleston and received her JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
