Matthew is the Partner responsible for leading the Quantitative Advisory Services (QAS) practice of EY in South Africa.
QAS focusses on supporting clients with modelling and managing market risk, credit risk and complex instrument valuations. QAS also has experience with data science and machine learning.
Matthew’s experience prior to joining EY includes working at a leading South African bank, and as a consultant. He is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and holds the FRM designation.
