Diversity and inclusion rank highly on her agenda, and she is particularly passionate about the development of women and young graduates. Jabulile’s portfolio spans workforce planning, recruitment, talent and leadership development, performance management, culture shaping and overall employee engagement. In addition, Jabulile is a member of EMEIA Talent and Global Diversity & Inclusion committees.
Jabulile’s career at EY began in 2010 in the Advisory business where she served clients in industries including Mining & Metals, Government & Public Sector. She led some of our strategic portfolios as an Advisory Partner before taking on the role of Talent Leader.
