Holger is the EY EMEIA Technology and Innovation Leader for our Strategy and Transactions team. He is responsible for defining and driving technology and innovation roadmaps, helping to build new digital ecosystems, for EY member firms and for clients.
He is experienced in helping clients to drive corporate transformation from strategy definition through to successful operational implementation. Furthermore, he advises clients in disruptive situations, often in conjunction with carve-outs, post-merger integrations or restructurings.
Prior to joining EY, he worked in global consulting and technology firms, where he was focused on process and technology transformation, as well as innovation for clients. Before that, Holger was self-employed.
Holger holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Management, and studied Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Stanford GBS.
