Ezra Tan Koon Hock, Chief Executive Officer of Kairos Harvest Sdn Bhd, founded the business in 2020 to create global awareness of the high quality of Malaysia-grown vanilla, and eventually wrest at least 10% of the world vanilla market.
Kairos is a chemical-free integrated farm in Malaysia. It combines traditional farming techniques with agri-tech solutions, embracing Agriculture 4.0 methodology. Kairos has established the first and largest smart vanilla farm, promoting ethically cultivated vanilla, agri-preneurship and inclusiveness, in alignment with ESG standards and the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals.
