Fiona Rebecca Limus

Fiona Rebecca Limus joined CompuMed Services Sdn Bhd as a founding member in 1998, starting her entrepreneurial journey in the then newly minted third-party administrator (TPA) of insurance and employee health benefits. With no precedents to learn from in a novel industry, Fiona devised her own business strategies and built the company from strength to strength, transforming it from a small local enterprise in Kota Kinabalu to a multimillion-dollar business headquartered in Kuala Lumpur.

In 2008, CompuMed faced a downward spiral after losing its biggest client. Compelled to protect her employees’ livelihoods, Fiona took over the loss-making company and embarked on a journey of operational efficiency enhancement, portfolio diversification and market-creating innovations. Today, CompuMed is not only an ISO-certified TPA, but also a health-tech company specializing in healthcare digitalization and business solution provision. Through various corporate and government projects, CompuMed has made health insurance and healthcare more accessible to families and individuals across Malaysia, including the 2.9 million B40 households.
