Keisuke Takayanagi is the co-lead for Organization and Workforce Transformation in People Consulting at EY Strategy and Consulting Co Ltd. Focusing on people and workforce transformation across numerous projects, he specializes in defining HR strategy and talent portfolios, global talent management, personnel and labor cost optimization, and talent development. In a career spanning more than two decades, he worked at several foreign consulting firms before joining EY.
With overseas experience gained from working in south-east Asia, he is able to leverage his insight of the issues surrounding talent management faced by Japanese multinationals across the region.
In addition to writing articles for business and HR journals, he co-authored "Strategic Management of Personnel and Labor Costs" (ROUMUGYOUSEI, 2013) and "HRDX Textbook: People Strategy in a Digital Era" (JMA Management Center, 2021). He is a guest lecturer on Aoyama Gakuin University’s Graduate School of International Management MBA program starting in 2024 and also in demand as a seminar instructor in the HR field.
