Hiroshi Morita works within EY Japan Strategy and Transactions in business reconstruction, M&A and divestment, and previously provided advisory services in M&A for 7 years at an account advisory firm.
His career experience also includes 12 years spent at an American financial company in risk management, structured finance, ABL, and loans such as leases as well as recovery and internal M&A responsibilities. He brings international experience to the table, having lived in the USA and Germany for a total of almost four years.
