Hiroki has been with EY for 30 years and was promoted to partner in 2005. He has extensive professional experience, including a successful three-year secondment at EY London, with much of his career dedicated to providing audit and advisory services to major financial institutions.
His external activities have included being a member of the Technical Committee for Financial Instruments of the Accounting Standards Board of Japan, as well as the Chair of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants Technical Committee for Financial Instruments.
At EY Japan, Hiroki has taken on a number of leadership roles including Senior Board Executive Member and Managing Partner, Talent, as well as EY Japan’s Brand, Marketing and Communications Leader and Talent Leader.
Since July 2019, Hiroki has held the post of EY Japan Regional FSO Leader while also serving as Senior Executive Board Member and the Head of the FSO Division at Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC.
Hiroki is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Japan. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University.
