Vinit Mishra is a Partner in Technology Consulting at EY and has been associated with the firm for the past 13 years, accumulating over 20 years of experience in the power sector. He played a pivotal role in establishing the digital practice in EY’s power and utility sector. With significant international exposure, Vinit has worked with companies in South Africa, Singapore, Nepal, Bangladesh and the Middle East. His expertise encompasses technology space such as data analytics, smart grid, ERP, etc. Vinit has also worked with funded agencies like the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, JICA. In addition to this, he has a vast experience working with power utilities in India and has been involved with more than 30 power utilities.
He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing and an Undergraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering.
How Vinit is building a better working world
The power sector is undergoing a transition, and new technologies (such as smart grid, renewable energy, green hydrogen, ESG, etc.) are playing a pivotal role in this change. I contribute to building a better working world by helping our clients with implementation, adoption and optimization of these new technologies. This leads to sustainable development, an increase in shareholders’ value, and enhanced transparency in the system.
