Shobha is the Accounting Compliance and Reporting and Payroll Operate Services leader with EY in India. She has worked with EY for over 20 years in different roles.
She has experience across different industries with primary focus on the Technology sector. She has been instrumental in setting up the Accounting and Payroll processes for many companies when they started in India. She built up the EY India Accounting and Payroll practice and has a strong team of professionals working with her.
She has also contributed significantly to the evolution of EY Global Payroll Methodology over the years. She has helped set up many multi-country payroll projects and leads the Global Service Delivery for a number of multinational companies (including large Indian headquartered companies) to cater to their global requirements of managing Domestic and Outbound Payroll.
