Sampath K Rajagopalan
Sampath is responsible for corporate secretarial compliances. He specializes in corporate secretarial services with a career spanning more than 22 years.
He is leading the MCA21 project of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He is also working on a pan-India basis with various entities such as listed companies, private, public and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP).
He has worked closely with several Indian and foreign MNCs from the setup and operations to the exit phases of the corporate lifecycle. He has advised companies on the general and specific corporate laws and other regulatory implications of a wide range of corporate events and transactions. He has experience in conducting sessions for the senior management on various corporate topics for listed, public and private companies. Sampath’s key focus areas are providing managed and project-based services to Indian and foreign MNCs in the areas of corporate laws.
Prior to his current role, he was a Partner in a renowned legal firm for 10 years. He has helped entities in their corporate compliances including mergers, arrangements, setup and closure.
