Judy leads EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team to support tangible Chinese issuers to both onshore and offshore green, blue, social, transition and sustainability bonds. She represents Asia-Pacific in the Global Sustainable Finance team to strategically develop, drive and implement policies and programs to help EY become a leader in sustainable business solutions and operations.
Before joining EY, Judy has deeply engaged with various sustainability-related work in United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) such as global energy and environment program, multilateral negotiation of climate change mitigation and adaptation, climate finance project, and execution of Montreal Protocol.
Judy holds a master’s degree of economics from University of International Business & Economics. She also completed a graduate program of project management by European Union and Sustainability Management sponsored by University of Columbia and UNDP.
