Dinkar is an experienced Strategy and Transactions professional and is a pioneer of Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy for EY in India. He has over 24 years of experience in operations turnaround, working capital improvement, liquidity management, balance sheet restructuring and business monitoring of companies across their growth and life cycles.
He has led multiple engagements – both as an advisor and in interim management roles – focused on crisis stabilization, liquidity management, rapid business improvement and turnaround of companies in the retail, industrial products, infrastructure, health care and automotive components sectors. He also specializes in project managing complex work situations with the involvement of multiple stakeholders.
Dinkar is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate in Commerce. He is also one of the first licensed insolvency professionals in India.
