Bharat Varadachari
Bharat has a career spanning more than 29 years and is currently a Partner in the Global Compliance & Reporting practice.
He is responsible for Accounting Compliance and Reporting and Entity Compliance and Governance practices at EY India.
He has closely worked with and advised several Indian and foreign MNCs at various stages in their corporate lifecycle. He provides advisory services on general and specific tax, corporate law and other regulatory implications of a wide range of corporate events and transactions.
Prior to his current role, he was the Leader for EY’s Client Services group within the Global Delivery Services organization for five years, where he helped drive penetration of EY’s integrated global delivery model.
Bharat’s key focus areas are managed and project-based services to Indian and foreign MNCs in the areas of accounting, payroll and corporate laws.
