Alpana is a EY India Partner - People Advisory Services and EMEIA Culture and People Experience Leader. She works with clients across industries, including entrepreneurs, multinational companies, and government enterprises.
She has experience in helping Global Capability Centres (GCC) companies from set-up through to maturity enhancement journey.
Alpana has supported several client transition and transformation projects in response to the COVID-19 pandemic through new age solutions like sustainable remote working, leadership in the new normal and culture re-set.
She is a student of Indian Philosophy, (based in Bangalore, India) who has been building a better working world with the EY organization since 2001.
