Ajay is a seasoned Investment Banker with more than two decades of deal-making and fundraising experience across sectors and jurisdictions.
Ajay heads Investment Banking Advisory at EY, India. He has significant deal experience across sectors including oil and gas, industrials, automotive, chemicals, consumer products and financial services. Ajay has advised some of the biggest Indian companies on buying assets in Africa, Europe, and the US and helped global corporations in acquiring businesses in India. He has extensively worked with Indian companies, assisting them in raising Private Equity as well as debt.
