About the EY NextGen Women Competition

The first phase of the competition takes place in local countries. Finalists of each country challenged to think critically as they undertake both group and individual challenges. The country winners are invited to attend the global final. They work together to solve a case study, culminating with the announcement of the EY NextGen Women global winner.

  • Who is the competition for?

    EY NextGen Women is open to women currently studying at university level or equivalent and who are interested in a future career in Strategy and Transactions.

    Please refer to the eligibility criteria for more details.

  • How do I enter?

    Click here to register online and participate. The last day to register is 23 June 2024.

  • What can I win?

    By entering the competition, you can make meaningful connections with EY leadership that will benefit your career. You will have the opportunity to network with like-minded women and EY Strategy and Transactions leaders working in a global organization to differentiate yourself from other graduates in an increasingly competitive job market.

    The selected country winner will be invited to attend the global final event to represent India and compete for EY NextGen Women - FY 24 title. The global winner will embark on a paid once-in-a-lifetime EY internship, that takes her across the world

    The top finalists of country final round will get employment opportunity to work with Strategy & Transactions, EY India.

Final Stage: The EY NextGen Women country level winner will then participate in the Global EY NextGen women competition. The event will be attended by the Global Strategy and Transactions leadership team and the Global talent team. The program will entail competitive elements, educational elements and other team building and networking activities.
