Challenges highlighted encompassed data ecosystems, research intensity, workforce availability, and regulatory clarity. Responsible AI principles focus on safety, equality, inclusivity, privacy, transparency, accountability, and reinforcement of positive human values. The National AI Mission, launched in 2022, aims at R&D collaboration and features the 'INDIAai' portal.
