Zaki Hakim is the Health Informatics leader in EY’s Health Care Consulting practice. Zaki has over five years of consulting experience and deep knowledge in large-scale digital transformations in hospitals, ministries, insurance, pharmaceutical and global health agencies.
He has proven capabilities in strategy development, governance models, digital demand management, reporting and analytics, and program management. Zaki also works with clients to employ exponential technologies such as AI, data platforms and robotic process automation.
He has extensive experience working with both public and private sector clients in health care and insurance in Canada. Zaki has led multinational and multidisciplinary teams and has significant experience serving clients as an advisor and technical professional.
Zaki holds two Master’s degrees from the University of Toronto, an MSc in Cell and Molecular Biology and a Master’s of Health Informatics. He serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Toronto.
