Wesley Isaacs

Wesley is a partner of EY Law LLP. Wesley’s practice focuses on tax and estate planning for high net worth individuals, owner-managers, private corporations, trusts/estates and registered charities. He advises clients on a board range of tax matters, including tax-motivated reorganizations, family succession planning, purchases and sales of businesses, philanthropic planning and cross-border structuring.
Wesley is a trusted advisor to a number of private companies and high net worth families, combining his knowledge of tax planning opportunities with a client-centered approach to deliver practical, tax-efficient solutions.
Before joining EY, Wesley co-led the Tax Consulting practice of a mid-sized accounting firm in the GTA and prior to that was a partner in the Tax Group of a large full-service Bay Street law firm.
Qualifications and Certifications
Wesley was called to the Bar in the Province of Ontario (2012). He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, with Distinction, McGill University.
