- With in-depth experience, Vince provides a broad range of tax advice to several multinational clients across various industries, including assistance with mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and other transaction matters.
- Vince specializes in assisting companies with tax accounting matters under US GAAP and IFRS and focuses on tax process improvement and redesign.
- Vince also specializes in design and testing of internal controls over tax risks and leads large compliance assignments for several multinational companies.
