Uros is a partner and national leader of EY's Rewards practice. He focuses on Canadian public and private sector pension plans, compensation, HR due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing advisory services on retirement benefit plans.
Uros is a pension actuary leader with over 20 years of experience. He works with EY audit teams, the EY Professional Practice (Canadian and Global) and industry bodies on benefit accounting issues. He uses his deep sector knowledge and skills to advise companies on a diverse range of pension issues and total reward solutions.
During his time at EY, he has worked to establish EY's global position on various emerging issues in pension and benefit financial reporting. He has led teams of professionals in supporting clients and their people through significant change, whether a result of an M&A transaction, a business transformation initiative or in the course of optimizing their performance.
Uros has a strong passion and commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives locally in the community and at EY. He has led EY's Unity (2SLGBTQ+) network in the past.
Uros earned a (Honours) Bachelor of Science (High Distinction) in Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto and is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and of the Society of Actuaries.
