From corporate acquisitions and public financings to carve-outs and related reporting requirements, Sam cultivates transparency by supporting clients in all aspects of their financial reporting and compliance responsibilities.
A Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst in Ontario, Sam earned his Bachelor of Economics at the University of Western Ontario.
