As a senior Tax Partner, President of Ernst & Young Electronic Publishing Services Inc. and leader of Canada’s Tax Knowledge team, Murray has over 35 years’ experience servicing public and private businesses. He brings significant tax functional experience in many disciplines, including corporate, partnership, trust and personal taxation, corporate reorganizations and divestitures, and tax reporting and compliance to this position.
At EY, Murray has held a variety of positions throughout his accomplished career. His diverse experience includes providing corporate, partnership, trust and personal tax services in the areas of advisory, reporting, compliance and payroll to his clients. He also has extensive experience working with global and domestic corporate clients. Murray is the past Global Compliance and Reporting and Business Tax Services leader for Canada.
He holds a BBA from Schulich School of Business.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants (Ontario) (FCPA, FCA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
