For 25 years, Melissa has helped organizations address complex business challenges by bridging the gap between business and digital technology. She guides clients in improving client and employee experience, operational efficiency and overall outcomes by applying Microsoft technologies, sector insight and competency leadership. Prior to joining EY in 2022, Melissa built extensive experience through sales and delivery roles at Microsoft. She has also been a Chief Information Officer and led her own consulting business.
Melissa holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts, both from Queen’s University. She is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
