As Managing Partner for Talent, Massimo is a member of the EY Canada Executive Committee, responsible for leading all facets of the firm’s talent strategy for over 7,000 people coast-to-coast.
Massimo is a passionate leader and a champion of innovation. Throughout his 30 years of experience, he has demonstrated commitment to elevating the firm’s value to its people through personal growth, belonging and experiential learning.
In his current role, Massimo is focused on driving talent transformation and delivering an exceptional EY experience across all service lines and firm functions. He previously served as Managing Partner for the Assurance practice, helping clients navigate the quickly changing financial and reporting environment and drove EY Canada’s audit transformation journey, while serving several multinational public clients.
