Karen brings more than 25 years of experience in executive coaching, culture change, leadership development, human resources and organizational development. She is skilled at creating and delivering coaching programs for every level of leader from entry leadership roles through to the C-suite.
Karen earned a Master of Industrial Relations degree at Queen’s University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology, from the University of Western Ontario.
