David is a Partner in our Business Consulting practice and the national Leader of our Corporate, Commercial and Small Business Banking team, based in Toronto.
His stellar career is built on more than 10 years of management consulting experience and over 20 years in retail and commercial banking, and includes executive roles at two of the top five Canadian banks.
As a national leader, David spearheads programs that transform financial services, including lending, sales force and customer onboarding. He also leads programs in customer engagement, including priority segment strategy, omnichannel engagement and customer communication strategy.
David holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University, a MPhil degree in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from INSEAD.
