Daniela is an Assurance Partner at EY, the Canadian Assurance Energy Market Leader and Canadian Power & Utilities leader. She has more than 15 years of experience in providing audit, transaction, and other assurance services to public companies in the power and utility industry with deep experience in the renewable energy sector.
Daniela currently serves as the engagement partner on large national and multinational entities (with subsidiaries in UK, Brazil, Colombia, Netherlands, Germany and US) both SEC registrants and Canadian issuers, reporting under IFRS and US GAAP. She has deep experience in supporting clients with IPOs, prospectus offerings and other capital raising transactions.
Daniela is also EY Canada's Digital and Innovation Leader for Assurance Canada and is responsible for leading EY’s Canadian Assurance innovation hub with a goal to imagine, incubate, visualize and design initiatives to further EY’s market, people, quality and operational excellence goals, and provide exceptional client service through the use of information and technology tools.
Daniela serves as a member of the Canadian Opera Company’s Operanation Committee; Board of Director of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario and board member of CPA Ontario.
She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from York University.
