Andras Kemeny is an Associate Partner in EY Canada's People Advisory Services practice. His focus is leading the people aspects of acquisitions, divestments and business-critical change initiatives such as outsourcing, restructuring and turnarounds.
He has successfully led the people aspects of transformational change projects that aimed to create shared-services organizations, turn around underperforming business units, complete M&A transactions and integrate businesses. He also operates in large, complex and multinational organizations in Canada.
Before joining EY, Andras held industry HR M&A leadership roles with global companies that were particularly active in M&A.
Andras has an MBA from London Business School and an MSc in Business Administration from the Budapest University of Economics.
He also undertook post-graduate training in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy accredited by Middlesex University (UK).
