    Applications are currently closed for the EY-Parthenon Associate Program generalist and specialized tracks (i.e., Software Strategy Group, Emerging Leaders).       Applicants who are selected during the initial screening are invited to interview with EY-Parthenon.

      Candidates can expect a mix of behavioral and case-based interviews with multiple EY-Parthenon professionals.

      Offer decisions are typically communicated within a week from your interviews.

      While most of our team will join through the general Associate Program, we do have specialized tracks that may better align with your background and/or interests. You can learn more about these tracks below:

      • Emerging Leaders (Sophomores only)
        • The EY-Parthenon Emerging Leaders Program is an eight-week internship for undergraduate sophomores, providing a unique opportunity to discover the strategy consulting industry through various learning opportunities and hands-on client engagement experience. The program is open to all students with a strong preference for those who self-identify as Black/African American, Latinx/Hispanic, Native American or multi-racial.
    • How do I learn more about the application process for the specialized tracks in the Associate Program?
