The Parker Review 2021 Report found that 89 FTSE 100 companies had ethnic diversity on their boards in December 2021, compared to 74 in November 2020.
As we report on findings for 2022, we discuss what progress has been made across FTSE 350 companies in meeting voluntary targets set out by the Parker Review.
