On 4 September 2023, the Company entered Administration and Lucy Winterborne and Daniel Christopher Hurd, partners of EY Parthenon’s Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy team, were appointed as Joint Administrators. The appointment was made by the Company’s Directors under the provisions of Paragraph 22(2) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
