By helping clients prioritise people-led transformation and transactions, Tricia has empowered organisations to deliver on their transformation objectives, delivering an improved workforce experience and impact on society.
With over 25 years of industry and consulting experience, she has worked across a wide range of sectors to deliver people-led business transformations.
Tricia is also the UK&I Partner Sponsor for Corporate and Social Responsibility. Tricia is responsible for promoting the activity across EY to increase social impact involving both our people and our clients.
