Josie is a Partner within the EY UK People Advisory Services practice, and has been delivering transformation for over 20 years, specialising in learning and organisational change. She leads learning design, delivery and coaching for 500,000 public servants under the Government Learning Frameworks. Previously, Josie was Special Adviser to the Secretary of State for Innovation Universities and Skills, and is a member of the Skills Taskforce for Global Britain.
