James has over 20 years’ experience in supporting high-net-worth individuals with complex US and UK tax affairs.
His focus is on advising clients with non-US business interests, as well as individuals in the financial services sector — in particular, fund managers.
He is proficient at translating complex tax technical concepts into easy-to-understand language whilst maintaining the integrity of the legislation.
He is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a US Enrolled Agent (EA).
He was listed in the ePrivateclient's Top 35 Under 35 Private Client Practitioners in 2015, and was named in Spear's 500 Top Private Client Advisers in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from Queen Mary University.
