Hsuan has more than two decades of transaction experience in Asia-Pacific, the US and Europe, with more than a decade in China.

Hsuan is experienced in large-scale and complex JV formation, integration and divestiture projects with a specific focus in operation, such as carveout operational assessment, pre-deal operational due diligence, post-deal integration and operational optimization.

She has acted as a senior advisor on hundreds of deals supporting the clients to better manage capital and realize growth ambitions in the ecosystem. She has served numerous multinational corporations to execute global-scale and inbound deals, and Chinese state-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises for their domestic and outbound transactions.

Her transaction experience includes leading the Asia-Pacific PMO for the global separation and sale of a performance coatings business, advising a US pharmaceutical company and a leading advanced manufacturer in their landmark acquisitions in China.

Hsuan holds a master’s degree in Actuarial Sciences from Boston University.

How Hsuan is building a better working world

Hsuan is passionate about promoting equal opportunities for the underprivileged. She has a charity fund for kids from impoverished areas of China to be able to complete primary school and continue to secondary education.

She is a fervent advocate for workplace diversity and inclusiveness, and a strong supporter of encouraging female colleagues to take on leadership roles.

Hsuan also takes tremendous interest in encouraging an environmentally conscious workplace, through promoting eco-friendly culture and practices among the employees, and driving programs to minimize resource consumption.
