A seasoned corporate finance advisor, Fraser is the EY UK&I Corporate Finance Leader.
He advises a broad range of clients from entrepreneurs and private equity through to institutions on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring and general strategic advice. A perceptive, critical thinker with an honest and straight forward leadership style, he has a reputation for delivering results. He brings innovative thinking and the mindset of “just because something has not been done before, does not mean it can’t be done."
Fraser joined EY in 2007 following a career in banking – lending and investing across a range of sectors.
