Green North East Trading Bidco Limited – In Administration (“the Company”)

On 10 November 2016 the Company entered Administration and Joseph Michael O’Connor and Jonathan Peter Sumpton of Ernst & Young LLP, 1 Bridgewater Place, Water Lane, Leeds, LS11 5QR were appointed to act as Joint Administrators. The appointment was made by the majority secured creditor (acting via Santander as agent), under the provisions of paragraph 14(1) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986. Under the terms of the appointment, any act required or authorised to be done by the Joint Administrators can be done by either of them.

J P Sumpton is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as an insolvency practitioner by The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and J M O’Connor is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as an insolvency practitioner by The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. As Insolvency Practitioners, they are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics in carrying out all professional work relating to the appointment.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, J P Sumpton and J M O’Connor, who act as agents of the Company only and without personal liability.
