Zandra Moore

Zandra Moore is Co-founder and CEO of Panintelligence, a Leeds-based business intelligence and analytics solution. She is leading Panintelligence on an ambitious path to scaling-up globally, closing a Series A investment round in 2019.  

With over 25 years’ experience working in software, Zandra is an active speaker within technology networks, sharing her passion for data analytics, SaaS and tech start-ups. She was recognised as one of the 2020 Lloyds Development Capital Top 50 most ambitious business leaders and was also a finalist in the Innovation category of the 2020 IoD Director of the Year awards.   

Zandra is also Founder of Lean In Leeds, a diversity network of over 900 members, run by volunteers providing mentorship to more than 300 people. She was recently recognised in the Northern Power Women Awards as Mentor of the year 2020.  

In her role as a judge in the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ 2021 UK awards, Zandra is looking to hear more about how entrepreneurs are leveraging technology for growth, scaling and to compete in their market more effectively. Also, she’ll be considering their approaches to building high-performing teams, whilst keeping a focus on culture and diversity.
