Group Chief Executive Officer, The Piper Group
Theresa is Group CEO of The Piper Group, an innovative charity launched to accelerate change, improving the lives of disabled people and the dedicated staff who care for them.
Previously, she worked for ENABLE Scotland where she was appointed as the first female CEO in 2015, having previously run a successful consultancy business, helping other charities in the sector.
Theresa is passionate about ensuring every individual who accesses social care support has the choice and control to live their life as they choose as well as valuing the vital role of the social care workforce.
In 2017, she was recognised as one of the top 100 social CEO’s in the UK and was named by the Institute of Directors as the Third Sector Director of the Year. She is also Vice Convenor of the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations.
