Having qualified as a chartered accountant in London in 1988, Nicholas Georgevic returned to Birmingham to join Scrivens Opticians and Hearing Care in 1991. Since then, Scrivens has grown from 38 primarily Midlands-based branches to more than 180 High Street stores nationwide. Today Scrivens employs more than 1,000 people and is enjoying its most successful trading period in a proud 80-year history. Nicholas has been married to Amanda for 25 years, has 3 children and is passionate about Birmingham and the Midlands being an exceptional region in which to live and do business.
