Following an early career in strategy consulting and fin-tech, Matt co-founded a global media and technology group in 2005, Essence, which he led as CEO until 2014 and then as Chair.
Essence has 2,000 employees which manages $4b of advertising media across 20 international offices and is the developer of a revolutionary marketing artificial intelligence platform which supports digital advertising across a range of global providers.
In 2020, Matt Co-founded ReGenerate, which helps to identify barriers and share the solutions needed to unleash the full power of purpose-driven business across the UK.
