Martin Leuw

A serial entrepreneur with a focus on value creation, by setting up Growth4Good, Martin is building a portfolio of early stage investments in a range of primarily digital businesses. Growth4Good aims to combine profit with purpose, specifically in the areas of social and environmental impact.

Martin is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Leathwaite, an international human capital specialist organisation, and Ground Control, a leading nationwide services provider that cares for outdoor spaces.

As the Group CEO and a significant management shareholder of IRIS software, Martin has spent 10 years growing the business to become a market leader in each of its B2B sectors and one of the UK’s largest private SaaS vendors. He led IRIS through two private equity-backed management buyouts, exiting in 2007 at US$1bn enterprise value.

Martin was also an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ UK 2006 Southern regional winner in the Technology and Communications category and was formerly membership chair of the YPO London chapter.
