Chief Executive Officer, Eden Futures
Dawn Berry is CEO at Eden Futures which provides long-term care, and housing solutions for people with disabilities and support needs. Her focus is to lead the organisation to excellence in care, support and enablement, keeping quality at the top of the agenda, for some of the most vulnerable people in the UK with complex needs. Prior to this role, she was Eden’s Chief Operating Officer for four years.
Dawn brings a wealth of experience to the organisation having worked in health and social care for over 25 years at all levels of support delivery. She believes in developing people in the organisation to fulfil individual potential and knows that great leadership throughout an organisation is the key to success.
