Daniel Sasaki
Managing Partner, Mayfair Equity Partners
Daniel is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mayfair Equity Partners, a company set up to focus on growth capital investments and buyouts to dynamic business. For the past two decades, Daniel has been investing in Technology, Media and Telecommunications and Consumer businesses where he is passionate about building strong partnerships with exceptional management teams.
Prior to founding Mayfair, Daniel led the investment division of LDC London, the leading mid-market private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, where he completed several high-profile investments including Eastnet Global Services, Fever-Tree and uSwitch.
Over the years, he has invested across a broad range of transactions and sectors from early-stage growth capital to large leveraged buyouts and formerly had a successful career at Credit Suisse First Boston and SOFTBANK Europe Ventures where he was the UK Head.
Daniel first began his career as corporate lawyer on Wall Street for Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett. He was admitted to the New York Bar and remains a Member of the American Bar Association.
